We only accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of receipt and have been authorized by the company Deu Punt Deu, S.L.:
If you have created a user account, log in to your account and you can request a return for an order.
If you have not created a user account, please request the return by mail email@example.com.
The procedure for a warranty claim in order to avoid unecessary expenses is:
Send a photo of the faulty product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note the exact fault in the product.
Note the order date and number, also note the invoice number issued by Deu Punt Deu, S.L. (essential requirement).
No goods will be changed or allowed to be returned once they have been manipulated by the customer (i.e. if they are not in a re-saleable condition).
If the change is due to personal reasons, shipping charges will be met by the customer and items sent to the address written in the authorization. Deu Punt Deu, S.L. will exchange the product without any other cost and will ship the products and noted in the Shipping section.
In any case Deu Punt Deu, S.L. will return the amount paid by the customer, a credit note will be issued for future purchases.
If the change is due to an error made by Deu Punt Deu, S.L., we will meet the charges derived from the return and send out the right products freight paid.
On receipt of the returned order, we will confirm that the goods are in good condition and that the return is due to an error made by us. After that, we will proceed to send out the right products.
Returns of glass pieces are not accepted unless the customer brings it in perfect condition to one of our physical stores in Barcelona.
